Hi, my name is Lisa Schwandt and my specialty is helping buyers and
sellers with the purchase and sale of real estate in the Denver Metro
area specializing in Southeast Aurora. Throughout my career I have
had the opportunity to assist clients in many communities including
Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Centennial, Aurora, Denver, Golden,
Arvada, Westminster, and Longmont.
I have worked in real estate since 1998 and during that time I have
gained increased skill and knowledge through working on many
different kinds of real estate transactions. I am a member of the
National Association of Realtors (NAR), Colorado Association of Realtors
(CAR) and the Aurora Association of Realtors (AAR) and as a member I

A little bit about Lisa Schwandt
I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. Yes, I have milked cows. It was
a lot of fun…and hard work, but I feel blessed to have grown up with
plenty of space to roam. After graduating I lived in the Midwest and on
the beaches of Florida. In 1991, I moved back to Wisconsin to help my
family and on January 24th 1992 my mom received a kidney transplant.
Again, I feel blessed!
During that time, I met my husband and in 1997 after getting married,
we picked up and moved to Colorado. It’s been a fantastic adventure!
Real estate has given me the opportunity to meet and help people and
learn more about Colorado while taking the time to raise a family. Our
intent when we moved here was to stay for 10 years, but after almost 20, we’ve grown to love what Colorado has to offer and we know you’ll
love it too.
